This is a very unique house that you need to see to understand. At the front entrance is a small foyer, with the kitchen to the left. A few more steps to the left are the LR with two hidden/not hidden walk-in closets/storage areas. As you matriculate through the house you will come to the dining area. Off to the left of the dining area is a very cool sunken den. To the right of the dining room is a door leading to a 10' or so walkway that leads to a nice heated and cooled area for hanging out, sipping coffee or just reading. This and the heated and cooled office/garage are not included in the H/C square footage number. Back to the foyer. To the right of the foyer is a hall with the 3 BRs and 2 Baths. The outside areas have amazing potential. It is a fixer, or not. The inside is dated, but 'very cool' dated.
